-Details: Sinking deck icons in the combat deck will show the opposite state in and around harvesting. That is, a sinking icon while entering harvest mode will still be bright, even though it, as all the other icons, have been deactivated. Likewise, a sinking icon while exiting harvest will still be dim, event though it, and all the other icons, are active. That skill associated with the sinking icon can be cast, since it is active.

-Steps to Reproduce: Remain in combat mode and enter harvest mode when an icon begins to sink. The reverse state can't really be set up, but will appear if you harvest enough while in combat mode.
