Skewer not benefiting from Pole arm combat skill

Raised Skewer to 130 and checked six stack damage at 105-175 with pole arm combat at skill level 20. Raised Pole arm combat to 130 and checked the six stack damage at 105-175. No difference in damage millions of xp later with zero change in the damage.

Also it appears that the higher the number of resist crowd control buffs a target has also seems to lower the damage of the skewer skill along with bludgeon skills that cause the resist crowd control buff. Also Bludgeon knockdown skill still causes multiple hits on target dummies based on the number of resist crowd control buffs the target has. The pic is from one attack of bludgeon knockdown skill. Also skewer healing debuff is no longer stacking more than one iteration of the healing debuff.
