Skill advancement on HUD: tooltips on mouseover start off screen

    Title: Skill advancement on HUD: tooltips on mouseover start off screen
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: If you mouseover the skills being tracked on the HUD the tooltip box that appears starts off the screen to the right - continuing to move the mouse will bring it into view.
    Steps to Reproduce:Have a skill showing on the skill advancement HUD - mouseover the skill slowly and then stop moving when the tooltip appears off screen.. move the mouse some more and it will come into view.
