    1. Title: Skill gain for Summon Skeleton
    2. Reproduction Rate: Always
    3. Blocker? Somewhat
    4. Details: Incredibly difficult to raise this skill compared to others
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Using the skill does not yield adequate results
    6. User Specs: i6700k, 32GB ram, SSD

    I second this one. Even going from lvl 1 to lvl 2 in Raise Skeleton is ridiculous. I have cast it over 10 times now and it isn't even at half way to lvl 2. This is surely broken.
