Skill/Spell selection not working after swim - Not reproducable

Details:Soltown - while exploring I was casting Healing Touch from the Quick Bar - after entering the river the quickbar icons got "greyed out" and using magic was not possible anymore. However after leaving the water magic is still not working. Clicking on the spells' icons does nothing, pressing the keys shows that the spell is selected (red highlight) but not casted. Switching to combat deck and back doesn't help.
This issue does not apply to items (map) in the bar, but affects other skills like distract

Leaving the game solves the issue.

I tried to reproduce the issue and was not able to do it. Still thought others might experience a similar glitch
