    Title: Air Embrace global CD unaffected by Chaotic Feedback

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker: No

    Details: The global cd of Air Embrace isn't properly lowered by Chaotic Feedback, there are probably other skills with this same issue.

    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Chaotic Feedback then cast Air Embrace notice the global cd is not lowered like other skills.

    User Specs: Windows 10 64 bit R27
