    Blocker? No
Details: When setting a skill to not train (minus sign), skill lowers XP 1 point every time used
Steps to Reproduce: Set a skill to not train, open skill panel, note xp, use skill, watch xp go down

Make sure you have every single other skill off
That could be an innate or passive skill leveling that you still have turned on.

Innantes and passives level when you use other skills, even if they are turned off when you use them

Just to be clear, 4 modes of training for a skill.
    Train (green arrow),
    Un-train (red arrow),
    Maintain (tan arrow), and
Not Train ( - the minus symbol).
A skill you've set to NOT TRAIN is costing xp points? Unless decay is taking away from the skill this shouldn't be happening.
@DepGames what happens if ya set it to maintain?

I've always wondered about that. "When I use a skill that is set to not-train where does that XP go that is used?"

Is there a chart somewhere which tells us how the various skills are tied together? Or is that something the
devs don't want to reveal for some reason (because they are constantly changing/balancing it )?

Provided all your other skills are locked, that XP just stays in your pool.
For example if all your Fire Skills are locked, and all your base skills (int, Dex, Str) and you cast Fire Arrow on a gustball no xp should be pulled from your pool.
You are strictly building xp and expending none if you are hunting this way, provided all your skills that could come into play while hunting are locked.

Every skill I have trained is set to a minus sign and it still goes down one point.
