Skills sticking, having to dbl. tap skill key sux

    I have to press a skill more then once to make it go off.... Like I have to hit the key for thrust 2 times, double tapping the key for it to work. Happens whether I use the keyboard or mouse.... and this happens no matter what the skill is ..... very frustrating .... so much so, I have to take a break, it wears out my fingers lol. This has been an issue for a few releases now, WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?
    a very annoyed player :( :(:confused::eek::oops::rolleyes:o_O
