    Title: Slowdown on road
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: At the provided coordinates is an area that seems to be flagged incorrectly in regards to travel speed.
    Steps to Reproduce: travel on road, get slowed down
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 32721
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU RAM: 4071
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.499.Date.10.28.16
    • Area: Novia Area Display Name: Novia Loc: (-174.8, 14.1, -24.6)
    • Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (-181.7, 14.0, -17.5)

    I'd like to add more coordinates:
    • Area: Novia Area Display Name: Novia Loc: (-423.0, 13.5, -62.7)
    • Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (-420.6, 12.9, -67.4)
    • Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (-405.6, 12.2, -98.4)
    I am pretty sure I reported the last one before in R34 QA already but it might have gotten lost since other slowdown areas were fixed and this one not? What's the best procedure on these... report again or wait?
