Small move of the Town of Dawn's Keep

Logging this request again as the town move was not addressed in the current release.

I would like a minor relocation of my town, please:


Though it was noted as logged, it was unclear whether I needed to repeat the request. I've opted for repetition of the request over assuming that it will be done at some future date.
