small old keep - external deco

I really like my small old keep house but for some reason I can't hang anything on the outside walls, like wall torches, wreath, mounted antlers, etc...

Any chance this will be fixed in the future? I suspect it is the same with all of the variations of this house (I think there are 3 or maybe four) and I don't recall seeing any deco on the outside walls of the others either.
