Smelting Crafting Station can not be moved

Title: Benefactor Expert Smelting Station can not be moved / used
Reproduction Rate: 100% (no fails to produce today)
Bug occurs with owners and co-owner avatars.

Details: The smelting table can not be moved. If you single click and hold to move, it turns green and will not disengage from your mouse. You can not use the mouse for any functions in this state. No chat, no clicking on doors, etc. Essentially stuck but can't type /stuck. The only way I have found to disengage is to exit the game either gracefully (multiple ESC taps until the menu pops up) or Window's End Task.

The table can be used to craft most of the time but can not be moved. Any attempt to move creates a situation where it is attached to the user.

The bug happens with multiple characters with the same stuck result.
Steps to Reproduce: Enter basement at this address. Smelting table is at the ladder.
Single click and hold mouse on the table to move it. Table can not be released.

You have permission to enter the basement and test this condition.
