Smelting has big lag

    Title: Smelting has big lag in it.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    If I try and smelt anything (at least from metal scrap) I get a big lag system freezes for a second or two a number of times for each run.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Smelt 20 Iron Ingots from metal scrap.
    See that the system lags a few times for each Ingot.

    OS: Mac OS X 10.10.5
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4771 CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 32768
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.OSX.64.397.Date.03.31.16
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (3.6, 38.5, 191.7)
