Smoke emote not working

Title: No Smoke emote

Details: Trying to smoke a pipe using /smoke does not work and is not showing up on the emotes list either. I switched pipes from the skull pipe and the dragon pipe and the problem remains. However I can do the /SmokeBurst but the standard /smoke is not available even though I have pipes equipped. See image below. I used both pipes. I also removed the mask and it makes no difference.

Notice my emotes list does not show "Smoke".
