smoke emote smoke is invisible

    Title: smoke emote smoke is invisible

    Details: there's a bit coming form the pipe itself, but what i blow out isn't there
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 ManjaroLinux 16.08 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4) System RAM: 16004
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.393.Date.09.16.16
    Area: HiddenVale_Forest02_Road_Tier1
    Loc: (-2.0, 26.3, -84.8)

    Same issue on Linux client - cant see any smoke from `/smoke` emote, and cant see any rings from `/SmokeRing` emote.

    Also, is it a known bug that directly typing `/SmokeRing` or `/smokering` does nothing? The emote has to be clicked on from the Emotes menu for it to work. ill report a seperate bug if this is unknown.
