Sneak Attack - Multiple issues

    1. Title:Sneak attack multiple issues
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Sneak attack has the following issues
    It is weak as auto attack even hit behind back.
    It is weak even it does crit (20-30).
    Moving targets (mobs and humans) never get big hits. You need to momentarily stop and hit the target.
    Can be dodged
    Mobs can avoid it

    1. Steps to Reproduce:Find a moving target (liches in the fall) (mages in the rise)
    2. User Specs: W10 32gb ram gtx 980ti

    just a few examples. These were done on stunned ghosts (from behind) in Elysium.

    Let me know if you need any more, this seems to be pretty consistent
