    Title: Snowy Mountains Road Encounter - Naughty Brat pathing issue

    Details: The Naughty Brat at this location (if it's a girl) seems to be having some pathing problems. They can't seem to path down the side of the hill. They will try, then leash back. Like something's blocking them.
    Steps to Reproduce: Head to this location from a Naughty Brat encounter, if a girl is on this hill, walk towards her but still a ways away from her, she will try to walk towards you, but can't get over some barrier, then leash back.
