So I still can't leave the Isle of Storms

The very first thing the game asks me to do is "Into the Rift" and double click on the center of activate the vortex.

I've been clicking on that thing off an on for the past month and I have yet to get past it. For me the entire game is running down a path to this vortex....and that's it.

Just what is the deal here?

You need to complete the first quest - chosing your path by talking to the female npc you saw when you first appeared into the world. After you answer all her questions, you'll be set on to your chosen path. Good luck!

 

The rift is blue or isn't it active yet for you?
If not, do you play in a different language than English? (For German Arabella is currently still bugged - last patches did not add localization updates.)
You can force her to English by typing !speakenglishon in chat window.

 

Hmm, ok. I'll just chalk this up to very alpha no directions given.

Ok I see what's going on now. Thanks for the help. I was about to put the game on hold for another month or two ahah. time to give this bugger a go.
