Details / Steps to Reproduce:
I took Charlotte with me to Edvard at the Boat. Talked to Edvard.
After that young Charlotte was gone.
I found here again upstairs in the burning building ...

1) Accept to help Charlotte
2) Run through the bridge leaving Charlotte behind
3) Be next to Edvard
4) Talk to Edvard after Charlotte starts to approach you but she is still on top of the bank of the river
Result:
You get 10000 experience, Charlotte disappears but she can be found again from the burning building.
