Solace Bridge - wasn't there a quest item in that house?

So I noticed that the house inside the walls in Solace Bridge is now gone as part of the polish to clean up after whatever happens in the starting area version.

The thing is, I'm pretty sure there's a quest that depends on you returning a book and or letter from the trunk at the foot of the bed. This will become a bit hard to complete if there is no trunk anymore.

 

Couldn't find anything there, but found notes:
- From Hobart to Zorabeth
- A Letter from Solace Bridge (also from Hobart)

Honestly, it's been so long since I did whatever quest I'm thinking of that I don't know if it is even still around. I'm just pointing this out in case it got overlooked.
