Solania stair case stops me halfway up and at very top

    Reproduction Rate: 80% (when I ran up and down then took tiny side step, it eventually stopped doing it, but as soon as I ran to start of path and ran up stairs again the blocked movement returned)

    Details: moving forward on stair case stops movement
    Steps to Reproduce: Walk or Run up staircase facing forward (walking backwards does not encounter this bug, also after walking up and down the stairs backwards a few times, could not duplicate the initial bug when facing forward again...)
