Solania town crier bugged, not accepting mail packages

    Title: Solania town crier bugged, not accepting mail packages
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?For mail, yes
    Details: Solania town crier says 'thank you' but does not put up 'give item' window or award gp, and wont' give a new package since you still have the old one. Presumably needs a script update.
    Steps to Reproduce:Get a mail package for Solania (this one was inter-region) and try it - see /loc.

    Also with same-region one. Package stays in inventory, the town crier thanks you for the mail every time you speak to him, but never actually takes it, completes the quest, nor gives you the reward.

    Same here. I have local mail from Ardoris going to Solania and Solania Town Crier by docks/crafting station won't pop trading window to take the mail from my inventory. But he says thank you for the mail.
