Solania: town crier can't take an undelivered letter

    Title: Solania: town crier can't take an undelivered letter

    Details: When I try to turn in an undelivered letter, the Solania town crier puts up an item chooser for "Undelivered Package x1".
    Steps to Reproduce: talk to town crier, in chat window click on "undelivered mail", "undelivered letter", then the item chooser comes up for "Undelivered Package x1"
