    Title: Solania town crier not giving 100 gold

    Details:The Solania town crier isn't giving 100 gold for first speaking to him. He's also bug in "not accepting packages" way that was mentioned elsewhere.
    Steps to Reproduce:Talk to Solania Town Crier for the first time.
