Solid textures are not loading correctly

    1. Reproduction Rate:100%
    2. Blocker?No
    3. Details:On both the over world map and in scenes many of the textures of items are rotating or not displaying correctly
    4. Steps to Reproduce:Go to Over World map and watch large boulders or mountain textures cycle or go to most secens and watch buildings cycle.
    5. User Specs: MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7, 16gig ram, 1.5tb drive, Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB
