Solo Dragon Sonata - VIDEO

    Heres a video I made slaying the dragon with some dialog overtop to the tune of Moonlight Sonata. Hope you enjoy!



    Alas... I return.
    The dusty wind of the Grunvald beats upon my face.
    I come to seek vengeance against the vile beast who rests atop this peak.
    It's fiery brutality knows no bounds but this time I've come prepared.
    With a well placed ice arrow I subdue it to a crawl, a mere shell of its former glory.
    The beast grunts and moans, letting its pain be known, as I pelt its struggling body with arrows.
    I can smell it's breath, decay and rotten flesh, ripe with the blood of those who've come before me.
    Piecing its thick hide with volley after volley, the dragon flails and stutters, attempting to envelope me.
    We dance...
    The beast strikes.
    A pain of a thousand swords runs down my spine but I must persist.
    I pierce it with another ice arrow cooling its blood to a near freeze.
    For a moment I feel pity for this creature but that quickly subsides as the beast, in a thrall, musters the energy to once again take flight.
    It's anger comes in the form of flame, chasing my every step across it's domain.
    We dance...
    In a final fit of rage the beast throws me back, nearly to my doom.
    Our eyes lock as we stare into each others souls.
    With a final shot, this magnificent creature sighs its last breath.
    Alas, it is finished, the countless fallen who've come before me, avenged.
    Rest now eternal... Dragon.

    @Chris Prime example why I suggest that archery is revisited. If that is possible with a dragon, imagine how the pvp side of it feels :oops:

    Nice job but I have to ask what did you do to keep the Dragon from attacking you? It appear it walks around in a trance and does not even bother to attack you but only a few times?

    Are you saying Disabling shot slowed t so much it didn't even attack? I hope Devs see this and adjust, this is as much a bug report as a Dragon Kill.

    Something is wrong here to have a Dragon be so lethargic, Sorry.

    Looks like ice arrow? And it's fair if the dragon has positive fire and negative water attunement. Sorry.

    I think there should definitely be some more balancing here. That said, great video and great kill with some quick combo management there. Would love to see you try again after they rebalance this :)

    Do not blame this on archery! He's using ice arrow on it so it's slowed down and the dragon keeps trying to finish a melee attack, but he can't catch him. And thus keeps following him instead of taking to the sky and switching attacks. This is just a example how the dragon needs more fine tuning.

    That said...

    Great video Jobe! Love it!

    Exactly my thoughts its a bug in the AI. Why chase a guy for 20 minutes when you can fly much faster...
