Details: When speaking to Emily for the very first time, she doesn't actually give her name in the text dialogue. Also, this character has never spoken to her before (I am using a 4th character slot on my account). See the dialogue below:

Refugee: Hello again, outlander. I hope you can help me learn the fate of my poor Quincy.

(She thinks I have spoken to her before. Also she does not give her name. Note the name above still says Refugee)

Steps to Reproduce: Play a new character on an existing account. In the Battle of Solace Bridge Scene, get the Quincy's Broken Sword quest item. After finishing Battle of Solace Bridge Scene and going to Solace Bridge Outskirts, leave for the exit and go to Soltown during the day. Speak to Refugee (who is Emily).
