Soltown: Nyssa (NPC), Markus Missing Not Generating a Journal Entry

    1. Title: Soltown: Nyssa (NPC), Markus Missing Not Generating a Journal Entry
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Not sure yet, perhaps she'll respond to me completing the quest without a journal entry active.
    4. Details: No matter how hard I try, I cannot get Nyssa's conversation to generate a Journal Entry to help her find Markus even after exploring all conversation links and trying a lot of custom approaches.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: View Graphics Adjustment Window.
