Soltown quest - hammer and quincy

Details:Started on the mage path and came to Soltown to do some quests. Picked up the hammer and Quincy's stuff and headed back to turn them in to the npcs. The item box pops up to accept the items but although hammer is showing in the list, it is not light up and will not be dragged for acceptance. Same for Quincy's stuff when you try to turn it in. You can complete the quests though - if you open your inventory at the same time as the boxes are open and drag it from there. Also think Quincy's stuff didn't show up on the list box either - this part is a little vague in my memory (3 seconds has passed)
Steps to Reproduce: Go do the quests. Try turning it in. See it not light up.
