    Title: Soltown - Stanley's quest marker still show up on compass

    Details:
    Stanley's quest marker in Soltown still show up on the compass.

    The compass quest marker says "Stanley - Go to Soltown". This quest was completed long ago.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Complete the step to hand Edvard's notes to Stanley
    2) Observe that the quest marker for Stanley still shows up on the compass
