Soltown: "Train Skills" button for SLT-3855 Adv trainer enters "Hello" instead of "Train"

    Title: Soltown: "Train Skills" button for SLT-3855 Adv trainer enters "Hello" instead of "Train"
    Reproduction Rate: Yes
    Blocker? No
    Details: "Train Skills" button does not lead to training.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go to Soltown
    2. Meet Adventure Trainer SLT-3855, begin conversation
    3. Click on "Train" button.
    4. You will say "Hello" and the trainer will say "SLT-3855: Here to train or learn advanced techniques ?"
    5. Rinse and repeat. You will not be able to start skill training using "Train" button.

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6052

    Same for Crafting Trainer SLT-3445. However, Master Ranged Trainer will enter "Train" on button push.
