Soltown Wagon Fire

    The Quest to find who set the wagon fire in soltown is hard to accomplish if possible.
    Most NPC's do not even know about the fire and those that do provide no insight.

    Also Jonesy is not a big help he just stands there.

    I have been able to get a confession from the NPC who started the fire but I am unable to complete the next step. When in conversation with one of the NPC turn in POC's I am unable to get them into a conversation about the incident. Any advice?

    i actually skipped a step doing it and got a confession rather quickly its the end that is borked. 3 options yet 2 of the options dont do anything and your journal gives you a differant option and the actual person to see wasnt even an option that was given at the time of confession
