    At this location there are some "broken cloth boots" in a sack, value 35 gold.
    Wood Scraps worth 4 gold.

    I also picked up some fabric scrap (didn't note it at the time) but believe it was from Arabella's Bedroom in the chest that has a gold value of 3.
