Some Yule items won't place!

    I purchased a whole bunch of Yule items today from the store. I'm finding some pieces will stick to the wall while another of the same item refuses to work. Some of these items will only work outside and not inside etc. In particular the Ornate Mantle Garland Strand 2018, the Ornate Mantle Garland Swag as well as one Ornate Wall Garland Strand 2018

    My home is in Wizards Rest and it's a Village lot 4 story Inn Elven style.

    This is bugging the hell out of me help!
