someone notice the efficent refine are not working well?

    @Lou, the three refining subskills for each tree only work on the recipes in the "refined materials" section of the recipes for that tree. so, for instance, only ingots for smelting.

    I haven't seen any issues with refining efficiency so far this release...what are you refining?

    Last release and this release I was typically below percentage on efficient refine on large batch refines. Prior to, I would have some above and some below percentage. That may be what is being mentioned.
