So the houses isn't enough? Now hi-level pledgers should also get some exclusive armor that give them a even better financial head start in the game?

Isn't equality when game start's something that is good and something we should try to achieve as much as it is possible?

What you quoted from Isaiah still doesn't say that he thinks the armour should have stats or benefits associated, other than being rare. Anything 'rare' can be sold if the owner wants, but Portalarium could always make such things bound to account if they wanted, to prevent that.

LOL. I thought that too, but I figured I'd throw it out there. Maybe there is another way to introduce an item and ensure it is rare. Although holiday gifts became rare too. Ranger armor became rare, and you had to gather all the pieces.

It doesn't have to be rare, it could be a purchasable item too, but something like that suit of armor might standout in combat. Actually it's the cloak really.

I thought you meant they were to be given freely to high level pledger's so they could sell them for alot of ingame gold.

Pledge for them is another thing as long as they don't improve PvP performance.

I also liked the ranger armor in UO and it is nothing wrong with nice looking and rare armor.

Just don't add even more beneficial's to hi-level pledger's then what already have taken place.

I never talked about stats, you did.

He said it could be sold for for quite alot of money (in game or real life money).

And i read his suggestion as the hi-level pledger's should get them for free.

Which would give them a even more financial + before all other's when the game starts.

Do you think giving nice exclusive armor to hi-level pledger's at this stage should be fair against all other that pledged for this game?

I agree with the admiral look. It does need medals and such.

If you have looked up your History on fighting in armor like I posted you would have a different outlook on the whole picture .

I wonder how this would turn out with the knights helmet on and neither holding back. The knight seemed very tentative and careful with his movements, while the samurai seemed to make sure he only aimed for the midsection.

Some good posts here, I can see that we are all well kitted out and ready for action. The Community seems so clued-up that the developers will have difficulty in giving us a beast big enough to represent a proper challenge.

If I were Portalarium, I would not wait much longer. Best release that horde of Demons now as we are all ready for them!

Grix - Stop pulling the limbs off that elf and get yourself ready. Won't be long before we have some Dragons to sort out!
