SoTA QA Launcher vs Windows Firewall

This morning when I started the QA Launcher Windows Firewall popped up with a block...I've been playing steadily for approx. 5-months and this is the first time the Firewall reacted in this manner. Has something changed within the game/launcher which would require me to change some settings somewhere? I am not very computer knowledgeable, so unsure as to what is the correct thing to do.

The Firewall offered the option to allow the Launcher/game to have access...but my question is why would this happen now? There has not been an update/patch for QA for a cpl days and I've been playing since last patch without having the Firewall react.
