    Well we had clerics in Ultima III. We had at least one Abbey, Empath Abbey.

    So it might not have taken the fore during the Quest of the Avatar, but there was some sort of Monastic Orders at least, in the distant past.

    There are children, but you cannot find them! Some evil, as yet unknown cult has whisked all the children to some distant island to serve as slaves, sacrifices and eventually become brainwashed cultists!

    Imagine the plot lines from that! *hint hint Tracy!*

    If that was really the case, then we should have mounts, no questions asked. It's like only half his milk carton income to get us playable mounts and ships :)
