sotamap arrow doesn't point correctly

    Title: sotamap arrow doesn't point correctly

    Details:
    The sotamap red directional arrow doesn't turn to point in the correct direction you are travelling.

    Steps to Reproduce: open sotamap, observe arrow direction
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3550 @ 3.07GHz (4) System RAM: 24573
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 1990
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.516.Date.06.27.17
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (92.3, 12.9, -395.3)
