Title: Sounds for Sheath Wpn, Combat Actions, etc. no longer play
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
Details: After today's Patch (7/06/2016) I can hear my Avatar's footsteps, but pretty much all other sound effects are gone -- no sound from doors opening/closing, no combat sounds, no sounds when I cast a spell, etc. Checked sound settings in options menu, and everything is set properly.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 16328
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 1969
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.440.Date.07.05.16
    Area: Ardoris
    Loc: (87.6, 51.8, 25.1)

Update: Seems to be affecting the Npc City of Ardoris -- while in the city my sound effects do not work, when I leave and go to Overworld sounds work fine, and when I went into Soltown the sounds work fine. Return to Ardoris: no sound effects again.

I sometimes hear what sounds like a weapon being sheathed when you are just standing around. I can't figure out what exactly it is lol...

This is a known issue. All of these sounds are being refactored currently.
