    Title: Sounds in Soltown Carry too far and play constant loud volume.

    Details: Really noisy in Soltown, sounds like a caster practicing, or pets tough to tell as its distorted. I cannot even find where he is as the sound is always loud many of the audio bits clip the end also instead of fading out.

    Having other sound issues also the balance of sound volumes is all over the place now it seems, and something interacting with windows or discord, lessens volume when other apps pipe in a notification or something. Noted: in separate thread also.
