    Details: South Broken ROad - orator's conversation window opens and closes so fast that I cannot read what he says. I have to look in the chat window. If you are going to have a conversation window open for an NPC, then it should open consistently for all NPCs. I should not have to look at my chat window for some NPCs and not for others.
