Speak with Lord Ferig (Ferig is MIA)

Title: "Speak with Lord Ferig" (courage quest line)
Reproduction Rate: Unable to progress, so this is consistent (even after exiting and reloading scene several times)

Details: After freeing Sir Patrick from the Kobold, my quest was updated. I was told to go see Ferig as he would want to know Sir Patrick was free. I was also told that Ferig had a camp nearby. I put two and two together and visited Ferig's Battle Camp. This location did not glitter, nor was any task displayed in the compass when hovering over the site's mini-icon.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Free Sir Patrick
2. Exit Kobold Expeditionary Camp
3. Go to Ferig's Battle Camp - load scene
4. Note that all NPCs apart from Ferig seem to be present, including his #1 body guard.
5. Upon talking to Ferig's bodyguard, the bodyguard says Ferig should be right there, presumably within the tent. Ferig, however, is nowhere to be found.

Also, cross checked this with a guild mate who did not have this quest and Ferig is also MIA for them.

 

Were you grouped? normally you see ferig after going to vahold, however, i found in group neither would show, if you were not in group both showed up

As a solo player, I can now see Ferig.

After you free Patrick, you are required to see Ferig. Then, later, you see him again.
