Spell Binder Stance: SCC Bonus Issue?

    Details: Not sure if this was intentional or not, but when you cast Spell Binder Stance, the Spell Critical Chance Bonus starts at 0.0 and counts up, in an alternating fashion, by .3, then .4. So, it goes like this: 0.0, 0.3, 0.7, 1.0,etc. So, as the counter is counting down the SCC is adding up. I had more than a 20% SCC chance at a point, not sure if that is being stacked on top of my existing SCC or not. Sorry, in advance, if this was intentional.
