spell buff tool-tips arent showing correct duration increases when stacking/charging

    Title: spells arent showing correct duration increases when stacking/charging

    Details: spells arent showing correct duration increases when stacking/charging, this happens with most abilities that increase in duration when stacked
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. unlock a spell like immolation and train it to 60
    2. cast 1x immolation and notice duration on buff tool-tip and infect a mob with the DoT and note the duration of the DoT
    3. now cast a 3 stack immolation and notice duration on the buff tool-tip and infect a mob with the DoT and notice the duration of the DoT
