Spell effect issues while fighting elementals

    Details:
    Graphics are distorted and have odd textures on spell effects while fighting elementals.

    Version: QA R40 Win 64 build 478
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Fight a water elemental in Serpents spine mine
    spells cast by elemental and spells cast by player have 'texture squares' in space around them with either white or way off color effects.
    User Specs:
    Win 8.1
    i7-4820k
    32 gb RAM (4 x8GB)
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 770
