Spellbar hotkeys not working after conversation close up

    Title: Spellbar hotkeys not working after conversation close up
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (5/5)
    Blocker? no
    Details: After having a conversation close up the hotkeys (1-0) do not activate spells on the non combat hotbar
    Steps to Reproduce: enter conversation mode, press escape to exit, then try to use the no combat hotbar via hotkey
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 15962
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.546.Date.01.27.17
