    1. Title: Spells / Projectiles passing though full cover still scoring hits
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?no
    4. Details: Spells and projectiles are passing through solid objects and still scoring hits when player's avatar is behind total cover.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Taunt a ranged opponent, then duck behind cover when they begin to attack.
    6. User Specs: up to snuff
