Spinning attack not proccing

    1. Title: Spinning attack not proccing
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: Spinning attacks proc from polearm specialization does not work as told. I have used it 50 times in a row and it proced 4 times with spec at lvl 80, which is less than 10%, but its supposed to be 20% at spec lvl 80. Also the bleed is lower than told, which is half the damage of main hit spread out over 10 seconds, but it's way lower than that. Here is a picture:[​IMG]
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Use spinning attack an i practice dummy and check the math
