Spite 524 - Multiple Guards say "if she would only notice me"

Details:Not clear if the dialogue was not yet implemented but guards "Calan Caiten" and "Tharismath Sternschweif" both publicly say "If only she would notice me..." .
First they do not react to any keyword like "notice" or "she" other than replying "How delightful of you to say that" - if the exclamation is aimed at the other guard than the reaction to the name is missing. i.e. Tharismath doesn't react to "Caiten" (and she should say"If only he would notice me..."
Looks like a loose end to me.
